Depending on experience Dependant upon experience, £40,000 to £45,000  PERMANENT 

The primary focus of the role is to understand the NHS Digital landscape and assist SPINE PCN in defining, designing, shaping, and delivering its digital strategy by implementing transformational projects that ultimately improve patient clinical services.

Designing and administering the SPINE PCN Digital Strategy; leading the development of a wide-scope PCN Digital Strategy and ensuring this is incorporated into the system digital strategy (ICB).

Engage with system digital programmes, representing the views of the SPINE PCN.

Detail and plan the requirements needed for the SPINE PCN to realise its digital strategy fully Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for general practice to support the work of the digital workstream board.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Scope and define projects and initiatives in support of the digital workstream plan, including providing information, analytical advice and expertise as needed.

Contribute to business plans, dashboards, risk logs and other program documentation to support the achievement of identified digital workstream outcomes.

Ensure effective running of Steering Groups overseeing Programmes and feeding into the SPINE GC Board.

Consider the communications required to inform and engage stakeholders for relevant programmes.

Attend and lead regular programme meetings and contribute to proposed initiatives and improvements to service delivery.

Develop and monitor a programme communications and engagement framework.

Enable general practice engagement across SPINE PCN in aligning programme resources and deliverables expectations.

Work with colleagues to identify and pursue opportunities to improve care processes.

Ensure communication is clear and concise using accessible language.

Produce reports requiring the collection, analysis and interpretation of a wide range of data, including differing expert opinions/recommendations.

Monitor the activities associated with the programme

Undertake the identification of project interdependencies

Advise on the effective sequencing of inter-dependant project activities and use excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders' potentially conflicting views and priorities.

Use complex data and information to review and monitor the impact of services
