The role of Digital Strategy Transformation/PCN Program Manager at Farnham Road Practice in Slough is primarily centered on navigating the NHS Digital landscape to define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the SPINE PCN. The manager will oversee transformational projects aimed at enhancing patient clinical services, ensuring the digital strategy aligns with the integrated care board (ICB) system. Responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, maintaining stakeholder relationships, scoping projects to drive digital initiatives, and contributing to program documentation and business plans.

Additionally, the manager will lead regular program meetings, manage communication frameworks to engage stakeholders effectively, and present complex project information to diverse audiences. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to pursue opportunities for improving population health and facilitating general practice engagement within the SPINE PCN.
