Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Clinical Pharmacist for Emergency Care and Medicine at the Royal London Hospital. The successful candidate will lead a specialist pharmacy team to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care across the Emergency Department, Acute Medical wards, General Medical wards, and the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS). The role focuses on optimizing patient outcomes, minimizing adverse reactions, and improving medicines safety, while also contributing to the broader Medicines Optimisation and Governance Strategy across Barts Health Hospitals.

In addition to overseeing the clinical pharmacy services in these crucial areas, the Lead Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, support the Associate Director and Deputy Head of Pharmacy, and guide the implementation of best practice guidelines.
