This is a hybrid working role with a mixture of working from home, visiting nursing homes and the office base.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your assessment skills and gain knowledge in a new field. The Funded Nurse Assessor role will involve assessing and reviewing clients with regards to their health needs, welfare, and provision of care in registered nursing homes. Our team is based in the heart of Bristol covering the BNSSG demographic.
About usThe successful candidate will have excellent assessment skills and communicate to a high standard, liaising with health colleagues in nursing homes to coordinate a needs-based assessment and complete National Framework documentation. An ability to work collaboratively and in an organised manner is therefore essential. As this role will involve working with clients across a variety of care sectors, such as learning disability or mental health, a broad range of knowledge and experience is desirable, however training will be tailored to your experience and the needs of the service.
The post holder will need to have excellent IT skills and be able to use electronic patient records confidently. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
