We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and creative OD Practitioner to join the our team working across the York and Scarborough Teaching Hospital sites.
The role is varied and requires you to work on your own organising and prioritising your workload, and in collaboration with the wider OD team. It requires highly effective and compassionate communication skills, and the ability to be open-minded and appreciative of different perspectives when working with individuals and teams across the organisation.
You will be a flexible and adaptable team player with a high standard of professionalism and discretion, capable of managing a diverse, complex, and often emotionally charged workload.You will role model our Trust values and behaviours with a compassionate, people focused and confidential approach to all leadership and OD initiatives.
The successful applicant will be expected to travel across sites as required. Our flexible, hybrid approach includes working at home and using virtual learning platforms and technology to deliver our programmes and OD consultancy.

As part of the Senior OD team, and as delegated by the Head of OD/Deputy Head of OD, you will lead on developing and supporting learning interventions including OD programme delivery at individual, team, service, and senior organisational level, supporting the development of leadership and management capability within the organisation.
As delegated by the Head of OD/Deputy Head of OD,you will lead and support complex projects and OD interventions, drawing on your expert knowledge base and experience as well as academic and theoretical frameworks.
You will work in collaboration with colleagues across the Workforce and OD Directorate, promoting our Organisational values and behaviours to lead and influence projects, embedding a just and learning culture with a psychologically safe, compassionate and inclusive environment for our workforce.
