The Substance Recovery Hub Non-Medical Prescriber position at Practice Plus Group in Featherstone offers a full-time opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to enhance clinical support within the Recovery Hub team, serving various prisons in the West Midlands region. The role involves providing individualized care through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning, as well as collaborating with general practice teams to deliver effective interventions. Key responsibilities include clinical assessment, medication prescribing, and offering leadership and education within the team, all while demonstrating advanced clinical practice across multiple health and justice sites.
