The University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Senior Health Care Assistant for its busy Endoscopy Unit. The successful candidate will be a key part of a dynamic team, focused on providing high-quality patient care under the indirect supervision of Registered Nurses. Responsibilities include assisting in care delivery, supervising junior healthcare assistants, and performing specific tasks like patient escorting and monitoring recovery post-procedure. The role requires strong communication skills, adherence to nursing strategies, and participation in staff training and development.

Candidates are expected to manage their workload effectively while maintaining standards of care and health education for patients and their families.
