Join our passionate team as an Applied Psychologist/CBT Therapist and play a vital role in supporting those facing acute mental health challenges in the vibrant regions of Kent and Medway. With recent funding boosts, we're expanding our Home Treatment Teams to bring on talented individuals like you. This rewarding position requires a minimum commitment of three days a week, with options for full-time work, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

Your expertise will be crucial in providing psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions to individuals aged 18 and above, while also training and supporting non-psychologically trained staff. You’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues in a supportive environment centred on the CBT/3rd wave approach, ensuring you have the backing you need to thrive.
