The University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Theatre Practitioners, including Operating Department Practitioners and Registered Nurses, to join their expanding theatre team in Poole. This role aims to support the safe delivery of care and contribute to the transformation and strategic vision of the trust. Candidates will become part of a dynamic and dedicated team dedicated to quality, safety, and service development, working within a 24-hour operational theatre suite.

The position ideally requires NMC registration as a Nurse (with an Advanced Diploma or Degree in Adult Health Nursing) or HCPC registration as an ODP (Diploma in Operating Department Practice). While experience in the department is preferred, it is not mandatory, as the trust provides opportunities for professional development and advancement within the extensive theatre team. We are looking for dedicated and dynamic staff to join our experienced teams to support in the safe delivery of care and engage with the trust transformation and strategic vision. With our focus on quality, safety, transformation and service development, we are increasing our operating theatre suite and are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people, to join our expanding theatre department delivering a 24 hour service.

Experience in the department is desirable but not essential. You will join our extensive theatre team with multiple skills to enable you to gain further knowledge and advance your career.
