The Admin Coordinator role at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust involves overseeing the administration team at Laurel House in Canterbury and Eureka Place in Ashford, which supports the newly formed Mental Health Together service. This service aims to enhance access to mental health care for adults by collaborating with Primary Care agencies. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, including handling referrals, appointment bookings, and patient interactions, while leading a team of administrators to improve administrative processes and contribute to service quality.

The role includes providing supervision and conducting appraisals for the administration staff, addressing any performance or conduct issues according to trust policies, and collaborating with local leadership to implement effective systems. Additionally, the Admin Coordinator will analyze performance reports, manage team meetings, and work closely with Community Mental Health Teams to ensure coherence in service delivery.
