The Midlands and East 5 Pathology Network Practice Educator role at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust in Peterborough is a 12-month fixed-term position focused on developing leadership skills and implementing a workforce education and training strategy within a new Pathology network. The role involves collaboration among three Foundation Trusts—Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS FT, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS FT, and North West Anglia NHS FT—as well as Royal Papworth Hospital NHS FT. The educator will engage with Pathology services and learners to establish a sustainable training structure, support workforce development, and promote accreditation for training programs by relevant bodies. This position provides an opportunity for a Pathology Training Lead to contribute to system transformation and advance professional development in the field.
