The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Activity Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract within a high-security prison, aimed at providing innovative, trauma-focused treatment for male offenders. The role involves planning and organizing therapeutic activities both on the prison wing and in a day center, with a focus on skill development, social inclusion, and community integration. The coordinator will work closely with operational staff and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team, fostering relationships with patients to encourage engagement in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities include delivering and supporting a variety of individual and group activities, monitoring client progress, and providing feedback during multidisciplinary meetings. The role requires a motivated individual capable of engaging with a challenging population, alongside the ability to adapt programs based on patient needs and effectiveness. Regular supervision and training opportunities will be provided to support personal and professional development within the position.
