Band 5: £30,420 to £37,030 a year per annum, pro rata  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an Administration Manager to join the Conwy and Denbighshire CAMHS Team in Rhyl. The role involves overseeing a team of administrators and providing managerial support to improve service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff recruitment and performance reviews, monitoring waiting times and workflow, maintaining staff records, and ensuring compliance with health board policies. The candidate will collaborate with operational managers to resolve service issues, manage financial resources, and oversee procurement processes. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable but not required.

The Administration Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the management team by providing timely information and quality control on administrative procedures. They will also report on service performance and work to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that administrative services are consistently available and effective.
