The School Nurse role at HCRG Care Group in Redhill involves providing preventative and supportive healthcare to children, young people, and their families as part of a public health nursing team. Reporting to a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN), the Band 5 School Nurse will conduct health assessments in various settings, partake in inter-agency meetings, and support the implementation of health programs tailored to the school-age population. This position offers the opportunity for hybrid working across Surrey with a focus on identifying individuals' health needs and making appropriate referrals to specialized services.
