The role of Theatre Lead Practitioner at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is an exciting internal opportunity available for enthusiastic Registered Nurses or Operating Department Practitioners at the West Cumberland Hospital. The position entails leading a clinical team to provide outstanding intra-operative care and ensuring adherence to the Trust's values and policies. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and implement surgical care, while also taking on leadership responsibilities, including managing department operations in the absence of the Theatre Clinical Lead.
