The Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a CDC Radiology Admin Coordinator to assist the CDC Admin Manager in providing high-quality administrative support for two newly established Community Diagnostic Centres expected to start operations in March 2025. The role entails overseeing daily administrative management, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling, staff supervision, and compliance with Trust policies. Candidates should have substantial experience in administration and management, including staff training, resource allocation, and the development of standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities include managing reception duties and staff rotas, conducting audits and reporting on performance metrics, and training staff on relevant systems like Soliton. The Coordinator will also collaborate with various stakeholders across the Trust to maintain effective service delivery and will act as a deputy in the absence of the Admin Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity for experienced administrators to enhance their skills while contributing to the operational success of the CDCs.
