Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified or soon-to-be-qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) in Maidenhead. In this role, you will provide tailored assessments, interventions, and treatments for adults with learning disabilities, including those with complex needs. Working under the guidance of a Senior OT, you will manage a designated caseload and contribute to a variety of services spanning skill development, equipment provision, and sensory assessments within community settings such as homes and supported living services.

The position emphasises a person-centred approach, requiring the OT to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and review treatment plans. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, providing specialist advice and training, and ensuring a holistic approach to care. Applicants must be registered with the HCPC and possess experience in a multidisciplinary environment, with a valid driver's license for site travel.
