The Practice Plus Group is seeking a Senior Primary Care Nurse to join their team at HMP Stocken, a category C prison in Oakham, Rutland. This full-time role offers a salary between £42,094 and £47,466 per annum, depending on experience. The position involves leading a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to prisoners, managing medication, assessing patients, and ensuring personalized care based on patient feedback. The nurse will also promote best practices, clinical supervision, and continuous quality improvement within the healthcare setting.
