The "First Contact Physiotherapist (Fixed term)" position at Primary Care Physio in Southend-on-Sea involves providing high-quality, tech-enabled physiotherapy services within NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs). The role requires a fully HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist with at least five years of post-graduate experience, including three years of relevant musculoskeletal (MSK) clinical practice. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and managing a complex caseload of patients, as well as engaging in collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork, supporting patient self-management, and contributing to clinical governance and service delivery.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced primary care environment, and be committed to continuous professional development and innovation in healthcare. The position emphasises the importance of delivering tailored care to patients while fostering integration within the PCN and supporting research and audit initiatives to improve service effectiveness.
