We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual, able to work autonomously with a continued focus on supporting high-quality education for our workforce, providing effective operational and business support.

You will be an excellent communicator with a strong administrative background and experience of working in a multidisciplinary team environment. Working closely with our educators, knowledge of academic education or previous experience of working in an NHS education setting will be beneficial.

There will be opportunity for some flexible home working.

The postholder will be the main point of contact for enquiries to the GOSH Learning Academy (GLA). Working as a key member of the Business team, you will be responsible for overseeing the learning academy inbox working in liaison with colleagues to ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. Responsible for the co-ordination of meetings, events and travel, you will additionally manage the GLA's procurement and reimbursement processes liaising with relevant stakeholders.
