Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and passionate Hospital Manager - Nurse Qualified for their facility in West Midlands, Cygnet Wast Hills. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the hospital, ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality care for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. The manager will lead onsite teams across various functions including Clinical, Finance, HR, and Support Services, while actively engaging in patient care, risk management, and organisational growth initiatives.

Candidates must possess managerial experience in an inpatient service and hold a valid Nurse Qualification (RMN or RNLD).
