This new role will play a key role in supporting the Trust to deliver this vision and strategic objectives.    Working with internal and partner stakeholders you will design, manage, and support effective system strategy development, planning, financial sustainability andassurance.   The post holder will:      Play a key role in strategy planning and assurance processes supporting the Trust to deliver Improving Lives and its vision    Represent the Trust and work with our strategic partners, building and maintaining efficient and effective partnerships and networks to deliver SFH's objectives    Contribute to the Trust's financial sustainability by identifying and developing improvement plans.    Contribute to healthier communities through the development and promotion of the Trust's population health framework and health inequalities plan.
