Candidates will be responsible for managing a ward team effectively, ensuring the delivery of care to admitted infants, and working alongside other neonatal units within the Yorkshire and Humber Neonatal Operational Delivery Network. Successful applicants must be prepared to present original qualifications as part of the application process.
Exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Sister to join the Neonatal Unit at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
To provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised holistic care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team on the Neonatal Unit.
To develop your expertise, leadership, and managerial skills within the neonatal unit.
Opportunity to develop specialist interests within the scope of neonatal care.
Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge of neonatal policies, procedures and working practices.
Provide care to infants requiring admission to the neonatal unit.
Demonstrate professional post-registration development and leadership in order to effectively manage a ward team.
Work collaboratively with other neonatal units and the Yorkshire and Humber Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (ODN).
