St. Luke's Hospice is looking for two Clinical Nurse Specialists to provide maternity cover in their Hospice Community Services in Basildon. The role involves delivering expert advice on specific health conditions, conducting assessments, and managing patient care while ensuring the highest quality of service for patients with incurable illnesses. Responsibilities include prescribing medication, implementing changes to enhance care, conducting research for improved health outcomes, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
