Kernow Health CIC is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Truro, focusing on supporting the Integrated Urgent Care Service (IUCS). This is a hybrid role with a commitment of 22.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract lasting 6 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification or comparable HR experience, alongside a minimum of three years in employee relations within healthcare or large-scale operations. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, enhancing performance management processes, fostering continuous learning, and supporting strategic HR initiatives within the organisation.

The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, promoting best practices and ensuring alignment with Kernow Health CIC's strategic objectives. This involves handling a range of HR projects, managing ER cases, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and address workplace challenges effectively. Strong communication and organisational skills, high emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential qualities for success in this role.
