We are looking for a locum consultant obstetrician to join our maternity team, for a 6 months post. We have a variety of specialist clinics (both scan and non-scan) including: mental health, vulnerable service users, twins, preterm birth, small baby and Rainbow. The services are multi-professional, including our specialist midwives. The successful applicant will join our team and has the opportunity to customise the post to include a special interest session of their choice. The post will include a vulnerable service user clinic

Our maternity service has a variety of specialist clinics (both scan and non-scan) including: mental health, vulnerable service users, twins, preterm birth, small baby and Rainbow. The services are multi-professional, including our specialist midwives.
The general obstetric commitments include both routine and emergency obstetrics and non-resident on call (for obstetrics only).The key clinical requirements of the post are to provide consultant labour suite cover, elective caesarean lists, ward rounds, maternity triage, assessment unit cover and antenatal clinics.
