The Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse for their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Dependency Unit (HDU), responsible for providing leadership and management to the nursing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care to critically ill patients across various specialties, including hepatology, transplantation, and complex surgery. This position includes overseeing patient admissions and transfers, maintaining safe staffing levels, and developing nursing practice within the ICU/HDU.
