Mental Health Matters is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Crisis Recovery Worker for their new service in Ashford. In this role, the successful candidate will provide critical support to individuals experiencing mental health crises by assessing their needs, offering emotional guidance, and promoting overall wellbeing. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment alongside clients who face various mental health challenges, and entails collaboration with local agencies and external networks.

Candidates should possess experience in mental health support and demonstrate the ability to engage and inspire clients, while also being proficient in identifying barriers and understanding complex needs. Relevant qualifications, such as a Health and Social Care level 2 or 3, are essential. The position offers flexible contracts (ranging from 25 to 27.5 hours weekly) with a salary starting at £24,960 per annum (full-time equivalent), and includes comprehensive training, competitive benefits, and career development opportunities.
