Public Health Wales is seeking a permanent Senior Administrator to join the Business Support Team within the Strategic Programme for Mental Health in Cardiff, working 37.5 hours per week. This role involves providing comprehensive secretarial support, which includes diary management, agenda preparation, minute taking, and action log management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing database systems, collating performance information, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while managing conflicting demands.

Ideal candidates should possess significant administrative experience, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They should also be proactive, friendly, and capable of resolving informal concerns within the directorate. While proficiency in Welsh is desirable, candidates fluent in either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply.
