The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Cardiology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join their heart failure team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in the care and management of heart failure patients and will work closely with Heart Failure Consultants, multidisciplinary teams, and ward staff. Key responsibilities include referral triaging, participating in inpatient ward rounds, conducting outpatient consultations, and running weekly one-stop heart failure clinics. The position offers a fixed-term contract with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week and does not involve night, weekend, or bank holiday shifts.
