As a Home Manager at Barchester, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of a care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will have a proven track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organisational and management skills, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines. You will also be responsible for marketing and growing the home's occupancy, as well as creating strong links with the local community.
