Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join their team in Northampton, focusing on providing care for residents with complex neurological conditions across various specialized facilities. The role involves assessing and managing communication and swallowing disorders, developing evidence-based therapy programs, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure tailored support for each resident. The therapist will work across multiple sites, maintain high clinical standards, and contribute to internal training and quality improvement initiatives.
