Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking flexible Theatre Practitioners to join their Staff Bank in various roles, specifically in anaesthetics, recovery, and scrub specialties. Candidates must have prior theatre experience and hold a valid NMC PIN. The position offers the flexibility to choose workdays and hours, catering to individual preferences. Successful applicants will participate in a comprehensive Health Board Induction and may have opportunities to transition into permanent roles within the organisation. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable but not required, and both English and Welsh speakers are encouraged to apply.

If you have experience in the following specialities in theatre we would like to hear from you. We are looking for experienced anaesthetic, recovery and scrub practitioners to join our nurse bank.

Any applicants for these posts must have theatre experience in these areas. Please state on your application the area in which your have experience.

The Staff Bank provides services to all geographical areas of Swansea Bay University Health Board.

You must have a valid NMC PIN.

Applicants should be caring and enthusiastic with a drive to produce excellent patient care.

Have appropriate theatre experience in one of the specialities, anaesthetics, scrub or recovery.

All successful candidates will receive full Health Board Induction and orientation into preferred working environment.

A large proportion of our staff currently go on to find permanent positions within SBU Health Board.
