Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Substance Misuse Recovery Team Leader at HMP Lancaster Farms, a Category C male prison near Lancaster. This role, created due to internal promotion, involves leading the Substance Misuse Recovery Team, managing the recovery service, and overseeing seven Recovery Workers. Hours and Salary:

- Salary range: £42,094 - £47,466, based on experience.

This is a rare opportunity, created due to internal promotion, where you can join us to lead the Substance Misuse Recovery Team. The service offers a broad and diverse range of treatments to patients suffering from a range of substance misuse issues.Hours
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 09:00 - 17:00.Salary
This is a full time role, and the salary is £42,094 - £47,466, depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
As our new Substance Misuse Team Leader, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
- Manage the Recovery service onsite, including line management responsibility for 7 Recovery Workers
- Manage the delivery of a busy and dynamic substance misuse service, providing psychosocial treatment interventions
- Play a key part within the prison's drug strategy
- Provide effective leadership to the SMS team, whilst forming part of the Senior Leadership Team onsite
- Review and improve the service offered to patients, ensuring that the team are delivering a high quality, safe, effective and efficient service to the patients
