Horizon Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for a GP Surgery in Derby, with a focus on providing patient care under the supervision of Practice Nurses. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including wound care, blood pressure checks, health reviews, and assisting with minor procedures. The position requires an approachable demeanor, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure, with a commitment of up to 30 hours per week, including at least one late shift. Experience with SystmOne and in a GP practice is preferred, and prior applicants are encouraged not to apply.
