More detail about the role   Renal Ward Clerk Dialysis Unit, Honiton   Provide a proactive welcoming Reception service to the Unit, answer the telephone promptly and professionally, deal with enquiries, book patient Transport, amend as required. Register patients on EPIC, communicate regularly with the ward team, to insure information is shared appropriately. Maintain security of sensitive personal and other confidential information. To ensure and adhere to all Trust policies and procedures at all times. To take part in regular performance appraisal.
