The role of Renal Ward Clerk at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Honiton involves providing essential administrative and clerical support to the Renal Department. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely patient information, managing communication between patients and staff, and maintaining a professional reception and appointment booking service in adherence to Trust policies on confidentiality and customer care. The position requires proactive engagement with patients and the ward team to facilitate effective patient care while safeguarding sensitive information.

Working 30 hours per week across five days, the successful candidate will also be involved in adhering to Trust policies, participating in regular performance appraisals, and contributing to a welcoming environment within the Dialysis Unit.
