To work closely with applicants, dealing with pre course enquiries via telephone, email and in person.

An interesting post has become available within our Neonatal education Team for a dynamic, organised person to coordinate the Newborn Life Support Course and Neonatal High Fidelity Simulation Course. The post holder in conjunction with the course Directors will ensure that the courses run efficiently and regularly and our quality standards are met.
The role will require all candidates are provided with all course information, and required resources payments are collected. The role will incorporate advertising for the courses
Leicester is a leading center in providing the NLS courses we therefore need a systematic administrator to provide a full efficient service liaising with Course Directors, internal and external Education leads, candidates, accounts and external companies.
1. To provide a full administrative service to the NLSC and NHSIC this includes:-
Managing and prioritising own workload on a day to day basis, which requires using own initiative as well as problem-solving skills
Answering enquiries regarding future courses from internal and external candidates
Taking bookings and providing application forms and information to the candidates
Invoicing and collecting payments
Organisation of venues/resources/catering and equipment required on the day
Provide day of course administrative support to include candidate registration, marking and invigilating
Arrange candidate re-tests
Collate mandatory data and forward to required departments
