The Junior Sister/Charge Nurse role at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust in Crumpsall involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients while guiding junior staff. The post holder will deliver direct patient care and possess specialized clinical knowledge, assisting senior nurses in maintaining high standards of care.
