The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Team Leader (Band 6 RMN) for a full-time position in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and flexible nurse with strong communication skills, who can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing practice in accordance with the NMC Code, participating in patient care programs, and ensuring effective risk management. The role also involves maintaining patient observations, administering medication safely, and coordinating care delivery, while actively promoting the ward's philosophy and values.

Candidates will be expected to utilize PMVA training and demonstrate leadership by participating in nursing team evaluations, appraisals, and providing clinical supervision. Additional duties may include stepping into roles such as Clinical Coordinator or Ward Manager during staff absences. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care through collaboration with healthcare professionals and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
