The Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified District Nurses in Scunthorpe to join their Community Nursing Networks. The role involves managing a caseload of complex patients within an integrated health and social care team, requiring strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Newly qualified District Nurses can also apply, as they will receive support and training during a 6-month preceptorship period.
