Mental Health Matters is seeking an Estates Manager to oversee its national estate across England, focusing on delivering high-quality, value-for-money accommodations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estates management within a multi-site organisation, experience in risk management, and a relevant degree. Key responsibilities include advising on property selection, negotiating leases, managing property maintenance and utilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
