The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two experienced Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists for part-time and full-time roles within its South Herts CAMHS team, based in Watford and Borehamwood. The successful candidates will provide highly specialist psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and their families, using evidence-based interventions anchored in the principles of the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) and CYP-IAPT. Responsibilities include managing a complex caseload, formulating treatment options, conducting psychotherapeutic assessments, and engaging in supervision, research, and service development.

This role requires the ability to work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining high clinical standards while addressing the needs of diverse families. The Trust offers a supportive environment with coaching, wellbeing activities, and various employee benefits, emphasizing a commitment to non-discriminatory practices and building strong relationships with clients and professionals across the CAMHS network.
