We require candidates who will contribute to the overall improvement of the health and wellbeing of our clients by delivering care through a client centered approach and be passionate about improving the quality of care for clients. You will be integral to the development of Localas Sexual Health Service as we (move towards) progress the integration of Sexual Health Services across our commissioned localities.
The post holder will work in collaboration with the Nurse Team Leaders and the target groups to further develop, implement, monitor and evaluate a high quality, evidenced based, young person friendly, needs led clinic based and outreach locations in our Sexual Health Service. You will be innovative and ambitious and you will be able to demonstrate an ability to work efficiently and productively to make a positive impact on client outcomes.
