As a People Analytics Officer, you will be responsible for generating and validating regular reports to assist in workforce planning and performance management.You will maintain and enhance HR systems, ensuring high data quality and compliance with national standards.

Your role will involve extracting and analysing data for regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring they meets the needs of various stakeholders within the Trust. You will also support data cleansing, validate reports, and contribute to continuous improvements in data quality.

Collaboration with various teams is essential, as you'll provide advisory services, resolve data issues, and offer training on HR systems. Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital to your success in this role, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

You will support the People Analytics Specialist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR information, and offer advice to users on system queries.
