The Specialist Physiotherapist role at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust involves joining a Community Rapid Response and Intermediate Care team based in Kettering, serving patients across the county. The primary responsibilities include assisting in patient rehabilitation to prevent hospital admissions and facilitate timely discharges. Candidates are expected to possess extensive clinical expertise, ideally within the NHS, and experience managing healthcare assistants.
