Key responsibilities include assisting patients with their daily living needs as per individual care plans, reporting changes in patients' conditions to qualified staff, and providing physical care and support to individuals with mental health needs, adhering to a person-centered approach. The post holder will also be expected to enroll in the Associate Practitioner course as part of their continued professional development, working within the Recovery Model to help patients achieve social inclusion.
