As the Operational Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing teams of Patient Pathway Coordinators, Clinical Typists, and Records Assistants. You will oversee daily performance management to ensure key targets are met, and provide support to team members through sickness periods, training, development, and appraisals. This role requires a hands-on approach to both people management and the day-to-day administration of essential healthcare services.
