Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Band 5 Orthopaedic Plaster Technician to join their team at the Frank Radcliffe Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic. In this busy environment, which serves over 25,000 patients annually, the technician will provide high-quality, patient-focused care for various orthopaedic conditions, catering to both elective and trauma pathways, including specialized pediatric clinics. Responsibilities include managing workload, ensuring adequate staffing and equipment availability, performing a range of plaster techniques, and developing training programs for staff and trainee technicians.
