The SARC Business Support Assistant at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) will provide essential administrative, secretarial, and forensic support to the Bridge Sexual Assault Referral Centre. This role requires effective communication with both clinical and non-clinical staff on sensitive matters, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating the ordering of supplies and IT equipment, maintaining staffing records, disseminating communications, and supporting staff training and wellbeing initiatives. The post-holder will also handle telephone inquiries, prepare documents for meetings, and ensure compliance with data request deadlines.

Candidates should possess strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word, to manage data and reports efficiently. The role involves a combination of administrative duties and responsiveness to the needs of the SARC team, emphasizing confidentiality and attention to detail in a highly sensitive environment.
