As a Bank Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals while maintaining compliance with the Catering Food Safety Manual and addressing any dietary requirements or allergen information. Please note that the position does not meet the salary threshold for a Skilled Worker visa, and sponsoring for such a visa is not available for this role. Further details regarding site availability will be discussed during the interview process.
We are looking for Chef's to join our Facilities Bank to work on a flexible basis on an 'as and when' basis when shifts become available, working at the Bassetlaw Hospice in Retford and Rampton Hospital near Retford. Further discussion about our sites and availability to work at these will be discussed at interview.
Previous experience of a busy catering environment is a requirement.
To be responsible for the provision of the patient, staff or visitors meals by undertaking specific outlined and approved processes and procedures to ensure the quality and food safety of meals at service are safe and appropriate and within the guidelines of food hygiene legislation.
Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.
As this is a Bank position the salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
